Camarata Chicago - October 2, 2022

Next Sunday, Camarata Chicago returns to New Covenant Church. No doubt those of you who were lucky enough to attend, will remember the superb concert given by Camerata Chicago back in April and by popular demand the orchestra is back next Sunday at 3pm here in the sanctuary.  They will perform the concerto for Cello and orchestra by Haydn with the Internationally renowned Brazilian cellist Leonardo Altino

Third Annual Sisters Together Christmas Box Blessi

Please join the Women of New Covenant for Sisters Together after church on Sunday, October 23rd.

This has become a very special Sisters Together event that blesses everyone involved as we enjoy food and fellowship, then prayerfully and lovingly pack gift boxes for our shut-ins, to be delivered to them during Advent.

A light lunch will be provided.

Here’s how you can participate:
Look at our sign-up to see if you can provide some of the items that go into our boxes.

Collection bins will be stationed between the narthex and the back staircase on October 2nd and October 9th. We ask, if possible, to get the items to us on these dates.

If you forget to bring your items, you can still bring them with you to Sisters Together.

Sign up to deliver some of the boxes during the Advent season, and, if you can, visit with one or more shut-ins.
Stay after church on October 23rd to fellowship with us and pray over these items as we pack and gift-wrap the gift boxes.

This promises to be a wonderful time of joining hands and hearts to serve the body of Christ. Please come!
